“Depression” Oil on canvas 92 x 61cm. This piece has provoked much debate; however, the process was cathartic and I feel that it will resonate with many people. “Into the Light” will be it’s opposite scheduled for the new year.
Since my last post I have been working relentlessly on the new painting and I am finding the process a very positive one. Ideas keep rolling in as I go. I am enjoying painting entirely from imagination. My current dilema is how to transpose small pieces of written music onto the canvas in a way that isn’t messy!
