Purple Mountains Oil on board. SOLD
I apologise for the quality of the photograph, but this mountain scene was painted in Griffin Alkyd oils on Friday afternoon and was on a plane to Australia by Saturday evening, so no time for re-takes. A very last minute commission!
Oil on canvas 36 x 46cm Scotney Gateway to Another Time.
Today I have been to the framer and picked up the paintings and photographs ready for my show in Hailsham on the 8th December (just one week!). I am very busy getting organised and finishing off new pieces for the show. This is the triptych inspired by Scotney Castle in Sussex that I have just put the finishing touches on – it is a magical place.

Thoughts on Holidays
Commissioned as a gift for someone embarking on a holiday of a lifetime. Inspiration taken from other artists with imagination thrown in.
Winter Walk – Oil on canvas 76 x 51cm. As a keen dog owner many ideas for my art arrive from views and scenes on my daily walks, in particular this captured a fresh snowfall over the frozen streams leading to the fields.
“High and Over”, East Sussex. Large oil painting on chunky canvas 150cm x 120cm – a stunning view that is captured in vibrant colours.
Oil on chunky canvass 61 x 51cm. Inspired by a sun rise on a misty spring morning this piece symbolises new beginnings on an emotional, spiritual and physical level.
